Field Trip 3 Writeup
Due Friday 3/6 at one of the two field trips to Prof. Thacher or Ian Kleats. If you are unable to attend the field trip, it must be submitted by noon to the Econ office.
Albuquerque's development is intimately linked with the river. We learned on our field trip that the Rio Grande is a heavily managed river. Why is this the case? What are some of the implications and implied trade-offs, both current and future, from this management?
Your essay should be approximately 2 pages, typed. You may want to refer to the USGS report, provided by Stephanie Moore for the Bear Canyon trip.
